  1. Shirts for Kenya update: we have sold 90 shirts so far….which is TERRIFIC, but we’d really like to send at least 100 to the kids at the CFNE school in Kenya. We will be collecting money until the end of this week, so please bring in $10 and help us get the last ten donated! Put the money in your bag tonight so you don’t forget!

Thanks so much for your amazing support. One new shirt will mean the world to these kids.

  2. I’m trying to figure this out…x15 and repeat twice? So would that be a 30 minute workout. Otm for 15 minutes?? X2?

    • Hi Carol,

He only posted a five minute cycle, so you would repeat that 2 more times (i.e., go through what he has listed in the first 5 minutes, them do it again minutes 6-10, then again 11-15). Badda-bing badda-boom, we’ve got 15 minutes. At least that’s what I think. It’s also possible that it’s something totally different. Max is really weird.

Super stoked to now “own” a consistent 95# squat snatch. Huge, almost as exciting as finally getting DUs. Next up: an efficient pull up. Thanks for the snatch set up tips Rachel M.! <3

Snatch OTM: 35#-55#. Wasn’t feeling it this morning. Only felt decent up to 45#. Felt more like a power snatch-OHS combo after that. Couldn’t get my balance. But hey, I showed up, right???

Thanks for sharing a bar with me Alison (and Sarah W!)

  15. Snatch OTM: 35/35/40/45/50

Thank you Harry..Round 3 felt great because I finally listened to you telling me to take my time and look straight ahead. I always say teachers are the worst students and I am no exception to this.

Sn OTM from 65-95 then felt great so went for a 1RM and PRRRRRRRRRd at 105!

It has been about 3 years since I PR’d the snatch. Great coaching advice from Ben today. Made a huge difference. Best gym ever!

Raised $30 with Bobbi today at her weekly bake sale to save the pandas and other endangered species. Life is good.

  20. Snatch 65-115. The last set went up so easy.

    Snatch OTM: 95 – 125

  22. Snatch: 85-135 (10# pr for squat snatches) For some reason Sq. snatches are one of my biggest goats. Was feeling good after the round of 15 so I kept going and got 145 and then 155 for a 30# pr sq. snatch. Stopped at 155 not wanting to derail my confidence. Goal by Feb.1 is 185

    Front Squats 3×5 @ 185, 205, 225

  23. Snatch OTM: 45-65#

  24. Amy Brooks

    @HS:

    Goat workout from yesterday:

DUs varied from 4 to 11

  25. Back Squat OTM (3 reps per minute): 135#, 155#, 165#, 185# & 205#

  26. Snatch: 65-95# (actually 5# too much for 80%)

Tried to go for a 1RM snatch after but no dice.

  36. 95-145lbs

  37. Christian

Snatch 65-95. I need work here. I’m not climbing if reps at “80%” are ugly. Can’t keep avoiding this goat.
