The 5:30am boys working their Spiderman holds.
Power Snatch + Squat Snatch x 5
200m (225, 155#)
Post loads to comments.
Forget electric cars, the cleanest way to travel is by prowler. It’s a tough job, but if you truly care about the environment it’s worth it. Next stop…THE GROCERY STORE! MUSH!
It looks like your unit is trying to eat your shorts. Maybe you should feed it more often.
My kid situation and the related financial and emotional costs related thereto tell me that its current diet of “never again” is just fine. Thanks though…punk.
Well played, sir.
I thought we decided no more pictures of the guy who scared Bode!
Don’t give Ho such a hard time. I shouldn’t have snuck up on him. Although he probably shouldn’t scream so much (we all agree its kinda lame), he means well. I forgive him. So should you.
For those of you wondering, no need to tie shoes when doing handstand holds. But I do wonder about the leggings…
Snatch Complex: 125# (failed squat at 135)
skipped sled push (calf)
Great class with Rachel today – the 10 AM was MASSIVE!
Snatch complex – worked up to 155#
“Lipson Test” – 10:22 at BW (195#). OK, maybe doing this in the rain after snatches was not the best decision ever. I need to at least get this into single digits. Will try again.
7×5 Strict Press – 95, 100 (5 sets), 105
Really trying to develop my shoulders and upper back so I can hopefully avoid doing any more damage. Felt great, and better as the sets progressed. Probably will do this 3x/wk plus bulletproof and those cables attached to the pull up rig. Yeah I’ve got all the terminology down.
“Lipson Test” – 12:36 got stuck and the harness came apart while I was turning around at the 400 so I had to put the thing back together. Ditto what Big Bri says. Gotta do this again when it’s not wet out.
9 mile run. Legs were dead from Thursday and Saturday (x2). Survived it. The rain really sucked when it got heavy and I almost froze as I walked the .4 miles home from my stopping point (oops). The hot toddy tastes good though!
