Yeah I’ve got all the terminology down. “Lipson Test” – 12:36 got stuck and the harness came apart while I was turning around at the 400 so I had to put the thing back together. Legs were dead from Thursday and Saturday (x2). Survived it. The rain really sucked when it got heavy and I almost froze as I walked the .4 miles home from my stopping point (oops).
