    Happy Hump Day everyone!
    Got in weightlifting Wed at the Y this morning in Worcester with my mom. :)
    3×1: 50,55,60 (60 was my previous 1 rep max) then tried for bonus round 4 at 65 but only got two done. Still a small victory though as this is my weakest lift by far.
    3×3: 115, 135,145, didn’t try for higher as the last 145 was sorta ugly but my previous 1 rep max was 150 so I’m happy with this too.
    Then 2 mile run and 75 push-ups, sit-ups and squats.

    I think getting my ass kicked by LJ on a daily basis is gradually making me stronger.

    Strict press–67# Never tracked SP before, so this is my baseline
    Deadlift–215# Last time I had anything tracked for DL was 110# many months ago, so I’m feeling good about this one. I used to avoid WLW but I’m starting to really like them :) Thanks Jenny for always pushing me on WLW!
