    • Hahaha great clip Braatz. Yes there has been a series of TMNT WODs (Krang, Splinter, Dimension X, Shredder, Rocksteady, and Bebop). I only have one or two more left before we move on.

    Tried to be smart today with a bit less weight on the press as shoulder is still not right.
