    5+4 (35#, 2 abmat sit ups)

    4+6 w/ 45#kb and kipping hspus w/1 plate and an abmat. Not a great workout. Lower back tightened right up with the kbs which made the running tough. HSPUs are getting there, which felt good.

    Pull-up practice after. Slowly but surely.

  9. Rocksteady: 5+18+175m (70# KB, HSPU to 1 abmat and a 25# plate) Kipping these is becoming easier, which is a GREAT sign.

    Awesome tip on the kipping HSPUs, Max. Great 7:30 class tonight!
