    Bench: 60#, 65#, 70#, 75#, 80#

    DL: climbed to 195 for 3RM—-great working with you, AnneMarie

    Bench Press: climbed to 145# for 2RM–failed at 3. Nice working with you, Jamie!

    Bench Press: 135#, 150#, 160#, 170#, 180# (failed 3rd rep) & 180# (failed 3rd rep)

  7. Deadlift 5×3: 245, 265, 275, 295, 315(x2)

    Tweaked lower back a bit on last set of deads, so left Bench alone. Previous 1RM Deadlift was 275#. Didn’t have a 3RM benchmark.

  8. Deadlift 5 X 3 – 315/335/345/355/365

    Bench 5 X 3 – shoulder said no. For once, I listened.

  9. No deadlift for me instead did some Snatches. Worked up to 75# failed twice at 80#.

    Bench press worked up to 90# x3.

    2 mile run and ctb work.

  10. DL: climbed to 345#
    Bench: climbed to 195#

  11. DL: climbed to 180
    Bench: climbed to 80
