    Krang. 8+12 rx. It may be 9+. I started round 5 at 4:17. Whatever. I just feels great to WOD after sloth-like family activities over the weekend.

    Box jumps rebounding sets of 10: 1@20″, 3@24″, 2@30″. Thwarted by missing one and having a spectular crash, wussed out on the rest. The two eggs on my shin are already gone.

    So much fun to be able to train with the class and do a wod prescribed!
    Focused on better shoulder position on push-ups. Felt much better on my shoulders, but for some strange reason they still miraculously disappeared around the 8 minute mark!

    Great job 6:30!

    can not believe I was ONE rep shy of 9…face the clock next time – URGH!
    this was a lesson that I CAN go heavier…I get stuck at 75# – I pushed to 80# today but def could have pushed heavier…. baby steps in the confidence strength dept, I guess.

    10X 10 box jumps – attempted rebounding for the first time so did 20 inch BJ…def got some and felt way more comfortable – thanks Harry for the tips and thanks nooner guys for laughing at me….so supportive:)! yes, I mean YOU SCOTT A!!!!
