    American Dream: 10 with 85# and then added to 95# and MU transitions.

    This workout involved what I have termed a “zy-goat”: a movement still in embryonic stage, but it will be a for sure goat one day.
    A dizygoatic WOD is one with two goats that I can’t do yet (e.g. muscle ups and double unders).

    Puns may be the lowest form of humor, but they’re all I’ve got.

    Wondered on this one if I could have gone a bit heavier and just did less rounds.
    A PR from last year(15 months) I did 75# and regular pull ups/ring dips and did 9 rounds +10
    Have come a long way in last 15 months…..

    Looked in log book later and saw that my previous 1 Rm was 120! Better to not look!!

  21. American Dream: 9 + 24. 105# and subbed 2 HRPU rather than the suggested sub due to rips from Friday and a bruised palm from a hockey puck. Those things hurt, and I didn’t score either! I did continue to demonstrate my excellence at falling down and getting back up quick.

    • Fitness Center Supervisor job has begun so I got in an extra workout at the HS when I don’t have too many kids to teach and correct. Today was light.

    ECC FGB – 15:46 (scaled) I know and knew this would be a problem for me. Think I’ll do better this weekend if my quad/hip flexor allows me to box jump comfortably. Glad the SDHPs are with KBs – it still irritates my shoulder, but not nearly as bad as regular BB SDHPs

    10×1 Front Squat – 5 @ 245#, 5 @ 265# — given how crappy my quads are feeling, these felt awesome. And my rack position is slowly improving.
