    So fun WODing with Andrew (just had to make sure I had a bucket handy)
    OTM 20 # WB; got 10 for 2 rounds then dropped to 8; D/Us: got 40 for 2 rnds then dropped to 30. Only did 10 minutes total. This was HARD!

    I worked my butt off today!

    Catch up from yesterday: Hot Shots; I dunno, maybe I did post; 40:48.

    My shoulder doesn’t like kipping, so I subbed with 7 strict pull ups. Also 115# Front Squats.

    8×3 GM on the padded bar (I forget its actual name, first time with this too) – 130# thanks for all the help Kate I really appreciate it!

    OTM 20: 10 WBs, 40 DUs – after round five I went with max wall balls in 40 sec because I wasn’t getting ten and getting no rest. 22 DUs in fifth round, 40 in the rest and 7/10 rounds unbroken which is a ginormous DU PR for me. I think 34 was my previous max

    wanted to do RX weight on this one but just didn’t have it while warming up. Great class tonight 7:30!

  20. Satan’s Whiskers: Somewhere between 15-17 mins. Rx? Honestly, no clue. I’m pretty sure it took me like an hour, but Max was kind enough to reset the clock for my last round, which still took like 15 mins.

    Glad to get back on the Rx train, but my endurance has a long way to go to catch up to where I used to be/where I want to be.

    AWESOME 7:30 class tonight. Great job, y’all! And a big thanks for everyone giving me that boost to finish up.

    Should have done heavier weight (55#) but my knees were bothering me a bit. I’ve graduated to only a green band for pull-ups so I’m making some progress towards my goal of an unassisted pull-up by the end of the month.
