    13.4 – 64 rx (63 rep PR from gimpy shoulder days) I’m really excited!

    4×5 Push Press: (115, 135, 145, 155) haven’t push pressed since before surgery when 160# was a 1RM, 155 for 5 reps is a huge PR for me — really, really excited. Great to work with Eugene, who encouraged me to climb to 155#. I wasn’t so sure about it, but glad I went for it!
