    Front squats at 115# for thrusters, t2b rx, step ups for jumps (calf): 11:36 – The Hulkster ran wild on my last, traps, and posterior chain last night.

    Tried working up to a heavy dead but nothing in the tank 3×5 315#, 1 rep at. 365# easy, failed 405# twice and backed off.
