AMRAP 10 Fran: 1 + 27 Rx (5:48 Fran, 1:20 PR…then 27 reps in 4:12…whoops)
2 minute drill DUs: 119 (6 rep PR, got first 71 in a row, 27 rep PR)
OTM pistols: 6 each minute alternating legs
Max height box jump: 42.5 inches (30″ box + 3 45s and a 25)

Bleh. Should have felt a lot better after a rest day and was hoping to get back to the 21 pull ups. Thought I was doing a nice controlled first Fran than looked up and I was only 20 seconds slower than my PR. Hearing Ho screaming behind me definitely made me go a little faster…paid the price.
When I scream, it’s always for you.

9:07. I used 1 abmat and a slightly folded up towel. Todd: 9:42 (he did the same, but heavier weight on the squats)
2 minute DU drill: 38 (PR by 8!) Sure beats the “12″ I started with earlier this summer. Now, if anyone has any tips on how to eliminate the jump in between DUs, I will gladly take them…

Went 10# lighter then what I do fran at bc trying so hard to be good to my back this week. AND it still was hard!! Pace similar to Fran but felt so slow like I was doing fran in mud or quicksand. Or in a hot box and feeling kinda lazy!!??

Amrap 10 Fran: 1 (40#). I’ve been doing 35# thrusters in workouts so this is sort of a PR? though ended up being a LOT slower so not really.
Fran 10: 1+5 @50#s (5#s heavier than previous Fran but also slower.)
1 plus 26rx. Pr’d my Fran 6:04, I think not trying to blaze helped me. I thought it was an amrap 8, so the last two minutes, well I didn’t like them at all.

My sprained wrist just couldn’t pump out another thruster.

First time doing Rx pull ups in a workout!! Soooo pumped to finish a round. Glad I didn’t go Rx weight so I could focus on pull ups.

AMRAP Fran: 72 rx. This was my first attempt at an Rx Fran, but my pullups just arent there yet. Probably spent 7 of the 10 minutes slogging through them. Frustrating and disappointing, but I know they’ll get better.
AMRAP Fran: 1+12 rx – shoulder felt great, might’ve paced the pull ups too much, but I’m happy.
