Lev, rockin’ the Puma gear!

Reminder: Don’t forget about Yoga Sundays!! Yoga specifically to help with the movements we do in CrossFit!
Time: 4pm
When: Every Sunday
Where: CFNE of course
Cost: $14 cash

Last week was the first week and we had only a few brave souls who came to try it out, but word on the street is it was the best Yoga class they have ever taken! We did, however, forget to ask if it was the first time they have ever taken Yoga, haha. Either way it is a great class!

  1. Front squat: 5×5. 115×2, 120×2, 125×1. Think
I could have done 125 across. Last set didnt feel
As challenging as it should have. Sled pull at BW
3 mile run at track before WOD. Medium to hard
Pace. Monotonous–but I got it done!
Thanks Doole for a great class!!

  2. Rick-v

    F-squat 5×5. 135# PR, sled pull 230#.

  3. British open workout
    2000 row 70%
    200 pushups
    200 situps
    (alternate 20 pu, 20 su)
    2000 row
    (1000 @50@, alt 100’s all out)

  4. 5×5 185,195,205,205,210
    Sled pull 190

  5. FS: 125# across
    Sled: 115#
    Great class JD!

  6. Sarah B

    FS: 145×1, 165×4

    • Christian

That’s awesome. I’m literally never surprised when I see how awesome your numbers are. Nice work!!

  7. Christian

Great WODing with Scott and Chad this morning!

FS: 185/185/195/205/215 – I took so much time off squatting I’m still finding where I should be. It would’ve been a fight, but in hindsight 205# straight across is probably what I should’ve went with. But very happy with the whole no hip pain thing!!

Sled pull: 205# (42# over BW!)

    DB bench 3×10 (45,50,50), 2×5 (50) – not comfortable failing yet.

Shoulder stuff with the cable cross over bands – loving these things.

Thanks, Doole the cue you gave me really helped me and I actually think I could squat a lot more without pushing my butt out like I didn’t realize I was doing!

  8. Chad M

Front Squat 2@185, 1@195, 1@205, 1@215 so much for across. I think I would have been able to pull off 200, I don’t know about 205. Next time.

Sled pull @ 170, much better than last week.

Great to WOD with Scott and Christian, and then to do extra stuff.
DB bench, that I haven’t done in a long time. Tried out single arm HSholds (deceptively difficult), then a short WOD of DLs and hand stand walks (which were very non existent today) and finished it off with some T2B work. Tomorrow is a rest day. Perfect.

  9. Maureen B.

    FS: 125# across
    Sled pull: 140#

  10. Front Squat: 195/205/210/210/210 (failed last rep of last set)
Sled Pull: 180 (first time pulling the sled. Fun)

  11. Colleen (OC)

    Front squat: 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 (x3 then re-racked the bar, took a few breaths and did 2 more)
    5×5 Bench: 45, 55, 65, 75, 85

Fun lifting with my husband this morning!

  12. FS: 145# across – next time I’ll go heavier

    Sled pull: 210#

  13. Rachel E

    DLs: 125/145/145/145/155

    125# sled pull (BW)
