  1. Hello,
Very excited for a Masters comp. Will there be a scaled division? For pull-ups will there be a scaled option? I am in the 40-44.

  2. Hi,

I’m wondering the same thing as Dawn. I’m in the 45-49 range but don’t have unbanded chin over bar pullups yet. I’m wondering if it’ll be a good idea to sign up?

  3. Harry Palley

    Dawn and Rick,
There will not be a scaled option for the Master’s Competition. Even a full pullups will keep you in the competition however!

  4. Grampy Fire Fighter

Above you mention the standards for the 40-54. What would be considered the standards for the 55+? Breathing?

    Grampy FF

    • Grampy Fire Fighter

At the end of any WOD, if I’m breathing it was a sucess :)

    • Harry Palley

The *pullup* standard was only for the 40-54 divisions.

The 1RM Clean and Jerk standard (115/85) is applicable to all divisions.

  5. I went to sign up today for the men’s 40-44 age group to find out that it is full! Is there a wait list? – If so, add me please. I would love to join my Crossfit Boston brethren at CFNE for this master’s competition. Thanks.

  6. Sean Sullivan

Please add me to the 40-44 waitlist as well.

    Thank you,

  7. Is there a fee for spectators to watch the games?

  8. 12:00 midnight or 12:00 noon ??

  9. Mark Vazzana

There is no place in any age group for jumping pull ups. Those that can’t do them should just not accrue points. This is a CrossFit competition, a great place for PRs

  10. Jumping pull ups can be PRs. What are you afraid of it shouldn’t matter to you. We are not all great athletes!!!!

  11. Jared monaco

Is 55+ 115/65 for bench press hang squat clean?

  12. Curious about the max bench press, just wondering if we have option to re-rack the bar. May not be most time efficient but from fatigue standpoint it may be better option for some. Please let me know.

  13. If there is is he waiting list, is there a way to get my money back before the event? I’m in the 40-44 age group.

  14. Bev Hudson

Hi I am on the wait list for 55 and over woman Just wondering if it looks like I will get a call ?

  15. Nancy Purpura

Could you confirm the weight for the unbroken bench press and hang power clean for the over 55 females? Thank you.

  16. Karen Rackliffe

Is there a link to the standings?

  17. Will you post the results?
