Bring a friend!!!
It’s our once monthly bring a friend day! Normally it’s going to be the first Thursday of the month but this month it got postponed a week. Feel free to bring in a buddy and have them see the gym and try out a workout!
CFNE kids doing a little running!
Goal setting is in full swing. More of the kids set their goals today and continued to push towards meeting them. Coach Max worked on bar hang kip swings and everyone is one step closer to getting their kipping pullup:)
Monthly Goals Are Up!
The kids got after it today with some work on their new monthly goals. Some are working on double unders, some on their “perfect push-up” and others on their handstand holds. They also continued to learn drills for our kipping pull-up. Way to go!
