    It turned out that left shoulder didn’t like OHS movement at all. But I really wanted to finish the WOD, so after first 11 OHS 55# switched to 35#

    Hello from Beijing. Did a WOD at Tiananmen Square today!
    1 mile run
    100- push-ups
    100 – sit-ups
    100 – squats
    1 mile run.

    Feel as though I developed asthma on the first mile and definitely inhaled at least 2 cigarettes on the second mile.

        Wow–the air there is like, 45% coal dust–impressive! My last trip there involved going through 2 inhalers!

  7. I need HELP! If anyone can give me some advice.

    I am training for intensity so I can bring up my endurance. Today I was lost at where to start the weight at. I warmed up to the OHS weight and it felt fine, the rep scheme threw me off once I started. I have one plates set and barbell here in my garage so I had to strip the barbell. I figured I would go for 95 and only way to do that is to do the deads at 165. Well I am sure it was set too high but after finishing 21 reps of both, I dropped the weight to 85 and 155…nearing almost 25 minutes in the WOD I decided to not finish. Any advice would be appreciated. My heavy high reps are weak right now. How do I figure the right weight to use in WODS?
