    And I know we all know this, but it’s worth repeating: we are so lucky to have the best coaches around. They are able to quickly come up with substitutions that make it easy to come in and get a great workout even with limitations. Thank youuuu!

        could I have been dazed and confused and put them in the bucket?? Maybe? If anyone sees them PLEASE grab them – so silly but I LOVE Them!! I drove back for them and could not find them- did not look int he bucket:(!

    Open Test: 272, however, I do feel that I had 2 questionable box jumps and I am not sure why I didn’t redo them… I normally would have (kicking myself now). So, documenting this so I remember for next time. Score was likely 270.

  33. Open Test for the Injured: 245, but comparing apples and oranges. Echo what Rachel said about appreciating how our coaches (in this case Ben) can create perfect modified WODs. My workout was: 60 cals on Airdyne, Step up bjs, situps with med ball, pullups, burpees, jerks, 25 cals on airdyne.

    Open Test: Either 240 or 290 depending how you count the DU- I did singles.

    10 # WB , BJ RX, TTB RX ( these went well today ), Pull up instead of CTB- these we so pathetic….one.at.a.time…- sad I did not get to the cleans – next time :). Felt like I was sweating in places that I did not know could sweat – oh my!!!
