    7×1 Squat Snatch OTM 145 145 155 (pr) 160(F) 155 155 160 (PR – bodyweight snatch – finally!)

    7×1 SC&J OTM : 210 across – heaviest in a long time- shoulder protesting so didn’t go up..

    5×5 DL @315 OT2M these felt heavy today so I went for volume.
