Last day in Dallas hotel gym fun: 2 mile run in 17:30, 50 push-ups and Annie with 2x su with the thickest plastic jump rope I’ve ever seen but I got it done in 6:53 which is a 3 sec pr, so with a terrible speed rope ill take it! 🙂 Guess these three course meals they are feeding us 2x a day aren’t fairing me too badly but happy to get back on the wagon tomorrow! Also was able to squeeze in a 3.5 mile run yesterday. 🙂 Have a great day everyone!! My hips don’t like me after attempting to run lol. squat snatch: 105# I got 16 in with 2 minutes to spare.
