Happy Sunday Funday everyone!
Last day in Dallas hotel gym fun: 2 mile run in 17:30, 50 push-ups and Annie with 2x su with the thickest plastic jump rope I’ve ever seen but I got it done in 6:53 which is a 3 sec pr, so with a terrible speed rope ill take it! Guess these three course meals they are feeding us 2x a day aren’t fairing me too badly but happy to get back on the wagon tomorrow!
Also was able to squeeze in a 3.5 mile run yesterday.

These are much higher weights than what I could do even just a few months ago. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you stop avoiding the things you aren’t good at + great coaching. Awesome class Doole!

Hey CFNE. The guys are killing it at the Masters event in Canton.
With just 1 event left Jerry is in 1st, Mike G is in 3rd, and Rap is in 5th. If things stay as planned they should make the Finals (top 5 in each age group).
If you have an hour to spare swing down to Canton to root them on!

Well, tiny numbers compared to what has been posted by others, but step 1, I was there. Been awhile since I have been to a pure barbell day.
Snatch: 45#, then a few at #50
I took a restday yesterday. My hips don’t like me after attempting to run lol.
squat snatch: 105# I got 16 in with 2 minutes to spare. I did 2 extra to make up for 2 that had no control at the top when standing.
1st round 9:59 (4:20 row)
2nd round: (4:25 row) 9:02
I performed regular situps in prep for LE Academy I start in August.
