    Weighted PU 7.5- just missed getting high enough on 18#, made it with a wee kip, found it so hard to keep it strict.

  9. 2K Rowing: 9:08 (:15 sec PR). I wanted to do running before and after but the heavy rain stopped me.
    3×5 kettlebell swings with 53#. 15 reps. Never done more than 2 with this weight, so happy to add rhis to my goat practice.

    500m Row: 1:52 — PR. First (and only) time I’ve tested the row was a little more than a year ago and it took me 2:17. Yay progress.

  12. OHS got to 5×145 (failed on 6th) happy with this right now.
    Weighted PU: 105 (115 was not happening) way below pr -needs work
    Bench 235 went up easy after 245 fail – technique does matter
    Airdyne- 49 holy crap that hurt – I got 42 in one minute a few months ago – latest goat

    Eye opener today- great to be back to CFNE- long way to go

    (Toughest part for me was the push ups, was getting sets of 5 before failing)

    Weighted pull up: 7.5. Did 13 but had to kip a few times so didn’t count it.

    Bench: 85# – 5# PR and it felt good.

    Airdyne: 36 cal. First time and I didn’t just hit a wall that second minute – it sucker punched me and knocked me out. Seriously couldn’t walk for about 15 minutes.

    I will test my bench at the gym. DONT bench off a box…it just doesn’t work haha.
