the 3rd round was tough, but the thought of having to clean the bar back up if I dropped it was really motivating to get those last few reps.
First WOD Back. Did Lynne – Didn’t have a spot so I did the BW (165) bench presses to near exhaustion then maxed out on pushups.
1) 13/8 Bench/Pushups, 37 Pullups
2) 11/7, 27
3) 8/7, 22
4) 6/7, 20
5) 5/10, 18
Pullups died fast – really needed this work. finished with 100 unbroken sit-ups.

Challenge Results: -3 lbs., -1.5 inches, -1.5 % body fat. Yay.
Pain and Propane: 8:06 165# Kipping PU (got 10 C2B in round 1, then they went on vacation) all FS unbroken (thanks Megan for the pre-WOD challenge). Geoff thanks for the weight insight, and support in round 3.
9:10 (125# FS from the rack, 35# RKBS) Shoulder wasn’t too happy after yesterday’s snatchtastic WOD, so I modified this one. Someday I’ll be able to do pullups after snatching. Someday!

Ran the Moody St. 5k in Waltham 5/5 @ 23:21 – pretty flat course.
:30sec pr – I’m going to try and run the Waltham course this weekend to get a more accurate post assessment…I’m shooting for :45-1:00 PR. Even so, I’m PSYCHED about my gains this month. It has been SO FUN taking on homework and working together with my 6:30pm classmates!
P&P: 7:07 w/105# and 1/2 the pullups. More weight and reps next time.
P+P: 10:18. 75#, 2 KPU and the rest on a skinny band. need to start linking those PU’s pretty soon.
