Offtopic : Hangover 3 came out today…not sure how the reviews are. But I remember watching Hangover 2 with CFNErs last summer. So can we all do a CFNE movie night soon? We can pick either hangover or any other movie. I’m totally game.

Start Date: November 1, 2012
End Date: May 24, 2013
Lost 29 lbs. (starting weight on 10/31/12 was 188.8 and final weight on 05/24/13 was 159.8)
Achieved goal weight of 160 lbs.
Reduced body fat by over 3.5% (body fat test on 01/01/13 was 14.5% and body fat test on 04/25/13 was 11%)
Finished 4th overall in the CrossFit Free Spring Kick-Off Men’s Scaled Division
Finished 2nd overall in the CrossFit Hartford WOD for Dimes Team Competition – Men’s Scaled Division

Simply amazing. I would restate your fat loss from 3.5% to a 24% reduction in body fat (3.5/14.5)- which is freeking phenomenal
