Rachel did 110 unbroken HSPU. Yup. That’s not a typo.
Nate: 7 rounds, lots of scales:
Muscle up transitions, HSPU rx for 4 rounds then with 1 ab mat for 3 rounds, 45# kettle bell which I did not think I could get overhead, but ended up doing all but 1 round unbroken.
Loved geoffs tribute before the WOD. Means a lot to understand the story behind the hero. Really puts things into perspective.
My shoulders are soooo happy tomorrow is a rest day.
