    Hotel WOD variant of Marathon Monday – 5RFT of 10 barbell squat clean thrusters (2x 10kg), 20 sit-ups, 13 burpee lateral jumps over BB; followed by 800M run. c/o – DU drills.

    Vacation ov-ah. My family left for Boston today, but I’m still in Spain (Barcelona) for another week of work. Can’t wait to get back home to CFNE!

    Felt good to concentrate on some deadlifts. Was able to do more than I thought, but comfortably with my bump. The exhaustion hit me last night after some yard work when I got home. Phew! Felt good! Thanks Doole!

  18. 5×235, 4×245, got stuck on the set of 3 and after a few attempts dropped weight to 225 which is usually cake, 2×225… skipped the set of 1. definitely underestimatedyhe mental requirements of this one. never have been good at going for true maxes.
