If You’ve Done 13.3…

Hey Team, here’s the deal…13.3 is obviously a ton of volume. Unless you’re a competitor, looking for a vast improvement, we likely do not recommend doing this workout a second time. If your legs are still extremely sore, the best prescription would be rest, hydrate, and roll out.

If you’re feeling good and would like to hit a workout, the rowers will be pulled down forĀ Boat Race.

Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds.

Obviously, there are some athletes who are hitting 13.3 for the first time or need to hit it a second time. These guys and gals will need a ton of energy and focus, so we’ll be sure to give them the right of way.
