135 pound Snatch, 30 reps (75 female)
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps (100 female)
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible (120 female)

Reminder boys and girls, that we will have classes 8AM, 9AM, 10AM on Sundays throughout the Open Competition. Get up a little earlier, getcha coffee ready, getcha popcorn ready…cause there’s gonna be a show.
