High School Strength and Conditioning Program

 

CFNE will be expanding our high school strength and conditioning program to 3 days a week starting Sept 10. This program is for all high school athletes looking to gain a competitive edge.  Your son or daughter can start anytime!

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Price:$119 a month for 3x a week
