Climb that mountain! Sometimes a WOD, a homework assignment, or a chore may seem like a giant mountain. You may say to yourself “I’ll never be able to reach the top” or “it’s SO far”. Maybe you’ve climbed a mountain before and experienced these very same feelings. When you find yourself thinking you can’t climb your mountain whatever it may be say to yourself “I’m fast, I’m strong, I can do this” buckle down and climb that mountain! The feeling once you reach the top is like nothing else. You all have the power to climb a mountain, so get out there and reach the top!
