    Pretty happy with the squat weight. I think I finally corrected my squat form because my previous 1RM just felt too light so I went for 10 over and got it.

    Cash out with Jenna, who’s my sister by the way: 5 kipping pull ups OTM for 10 minutes.

    Good thing we are doing more tommorrow… Oooops :-)
