2012 Summer

CFNE High School Strength and Conditioning Program.

Tuesday & Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm

This program has been designed to take advantage of the neurological and muscular adaptations
that are specific to teenage athletes.

Our primary focus is to teach mechanics, form and technique while delivering world-class results.
We have created a strength and conditioning program that creates amazingly
strong, powerful, explosive, agile and conditioned athletes

while ensuring a safe learning curve, and taking into the consideration the restrictions/demands of sport specific athletes.


WHOAthletes ages 13-19, from all sports and strength/fitness levels.
WHEN:
 Starts June 26th and runs till August 30th.  Every Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm
WHAT
: Strength Training and CrossFit Conditioning
WHERE:  CrossFit New England, 15 Tech Circle, Natick, MA 01760
COST:  There are three membership options:
1.  $175 for the entire summer
2.   $99/month
3.  $15/session.
HOW TO START:  You can start anytime.  Come 15 minutes early to any training session, fill out some paper work and you are good to go.  If you are under 18, you need a parent/gaurdaian’s signature.

    If you are under 18 years old you will need a signed permission slip from a parent of gardian to participate in this program.

    First HS class of the summer just wanted to say awesome job and amazing effort to all of those who showed up today. All the coaches were very impressed with your performance and look forward to seeing you all again Thursday and throughout the summer, keep it up – were gonna get STRONG!
