Friday 3.9.12

Ashley demonstrates the “Perfect Push-up”: Place toes and hands on the floor, back and arms are straight in a plank position, head is neutral, hands are out slightly more than shoulder-width apart. The body is lowered to the ground and pushed back up, keeping the tight plank position the whole time. Ashley got 40 perfect pushups this week! Congrats girl!
