    10 C2B pull-ups (sub to regular kips)

    Can’t string together multiple clean and jerks, lowering the bar seems awkward.
    Glad to do all pull-ups unbroken, a PR for total kips
    Caught my chin with the bar on the jerk in my 2nd round, rung my bell pretty good

    Happy with 1:45 pr over October, when I did same format. Time to move up!

      I am planning to use that as well as that is what I’be using when I do Grace.

    • Ha ha! My first try was cut short with an extended bathroom emergency after round 4… Couldn’t let that slide as my WOD for the day. So second time for real – 6:14 Rx.

      Still not as crazy as scaling UP though!

      Sorry we didn’t get to chat. I’ll be in tomorrow AM again so I’ll definitely come properly introduce myself. Then off to Newport through Christmas and then back up to Natick at least once before we head back to St. Thomas on the 7th.

      Great to finally put some names to faces – Craig, Mike, Dave, MDV, and many more. Nice to meet you all. And awesome to see Ben, Mel and the rest of the staff from last time we were here. Bill absolutely crushed it yesterday. I’ve never seen someone do box jumps that fast.

      Looking forward to more WODs at CFNE the next 3 weeks. And huge thanks to Chad M for fixing my body today! Incredible stuff.
