5 clean and jerk 155 (power-cleans)
10 C2B pull-ups (sub to regular kips)

Can’t string together multiple clean and jerks, lowering the bar seems awkward.
Glad to do all pull-ups unbroken, a PR for total kips
Caught my chin with the bar on the jerk in my 2nd round, rung my bell pretty good

Liquid Cocaine: 12 something. I wrote 13 something on the bd but just remembered that my heat started 1 min later. 85# cj and Kip pu’s.

Happy with 1:45 pr over October, when I did same format. Time to move up!
Sam 85# at under 8 minutes with 7 pu’s . I’m impressed.

Liquid Cocaine: 15:02; 70# with push ups instead of c2bs. Tore my hand doing Boss Sauce. Heaviest weight I’ve done on this WOD, so it was MUCH slower.

Ha ha! My first try was cut short with an extended bathroom emergency after round 4… Couldn’t let that slide as my WOD for the day. So second time for real – 6:14 Rx.
Still not as crazy as scaling UP though!
Sorry we didn’t get to chat. I’ll be in tomorrow AM again so I’ll definitely come properly introduce myself. Then off to Newport through Christmas and then back up to Natick at least once before we head back to St. Thomas on the 7th.

BS: 285,295,305,310,315(F) Very happy with this. PR is 315 after doing 6 weeks of Texas Method last year.
Liquid Cocaine: 7:07 Rx Not so happy with this. 44 seconds slower than Pr. Upper body still shot from last week and generlaly feeling sore/sluggish.

Liquid Cocaine – 10:38 (135#) something like a 5 minute PR, all due to the fact that I can finally do some C2Bs. and because I didn’t go too crazy on weight and have to scale down halfway through.

Liquid Cocaine: 6:43 with 70# and banded pull ups(2″). Weight felt ok, pull ups to easy. I could probably have done this wod with a 1″ band…

Then was only able to do one round of Liquid Cocaine b/c the gym closed for the morning.
Liquid Cocaine: 7:06, 83#, kipping pull ups. :44 PR, 20# heavier and no band on pull ups.
Tried to squat before hand, leg just wasnt having it so I stopped.
Back Squat – 405, 405, 405(f), 395(f), 375 Bit off a little too much on that one methinks.
Liquid Cocaine – 5:12 Rx (7sec pr)

Thanks guys!…tried Montoya’s method (who did it in just over 4min!) and dropped every jerk from the top. It was a little easier on the pull ups.

2:26 PR and 10# more than October.
First time doing a class later than 8:30 am and definitely had a little more pop…..but not enough to get through this without a band.
