    Jackie: 10:59 (3:30pr) with kipping/jpu off 2 45# plates. (Derek finished 18 sec after me, despite my 5 min head start!)

    PC 3 OTM x 10 with 85# – could have gone heavier.

    Jerk: 2 x 5 with 63# – technique felt good.

    Couple handstand holds and Bulletproof shoulders.

    -3 cleans otm. Tried barbell but wrist wasnt cooperating. Did rounds 1-4 with 100# db’s. Super ugly then epic fail on round 5. Finished 6-10 with 80’s

    -Decided to skip muscle ups after James “encouraged” me to rest the wrist. Thanks bro.

      uh oh… bubs what did we do?

      • Bruised ribs or something from wrestling Sat night! Worth it though – uncomfortable with the light weights but doable – sharp pain on lifting heavy or muscle ups. It will heal – I’ve still yet to pin you.

    It felt funky or should I say crooked with my bum shoulder.
    However, Very happy that I’m starting to be able to mix in some Rx movements with over-head pressing! 20# WBs in Karen, 45# BB Thrusters today…been nearly 18 months since I did any such movements.

      Daigle did you use any band tension?? Box squatting will make them glutes pop for the Ladies!!!
