Saturday’s GAME DAY 2 WOD Announced!  Scores must be reported on SATURDAY’s comments by Noon, Sunday. 
1.  “Game Day 2”,  AMRAP 12 of: 10 Jerks (115, 80), 20 Box Jumps (24, 20), 30 Double Unders
2.  Choose one of the following based on weakness.
Endurance:  Run or Row 2 x 5 minutes, 2 min rest.   Then 5 x 1 minute, :30 rest.
Gymnastics: 3 muscle ups on the minute for 10 minutes.
Olympic Lifting:   1.   Hang Clean + Clean 5 sets at 85%,  2.  Rack Jerks 5×2 at 85%,  3.  Front Squat 5×2 at 85%
