Monday
1. Deadlift 3 x 5
Work up to 3 sets of 5 reps across.
2. 5 Rounds of:
In 2 minutes complete:
200 Row
Max unbroken Muscle ups
AMRAP Chest Slap Push ups
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
In this workout you will row 200 meters as fast as possible, then complete as many consecutive muscle ups as possible. Once you come off the rings complete as many chest slapping push ups as possible for the remaining part of the 2 minutes. Rest 3 minutes and repeat.

Big props to Jenna and Daigle on Fran today. Jenna's first perscribed Fran, and she rips off a sub 6! Insanity. And Daigle just claimed his first sub-3 Fran... monstahs!
