I would like to thank the author for this wonderful blog. In fact I never cared for my body (to be frank I am in a really bad shape and my friends constantly make fun of me for that). But this blog has really encouraged me to do some serious weightlifting though I am a little worried about the side effects associated with this sport. Some say that you will have serious disc problems if you engage in weight training. Anyway I am going to give it a try.
