This is a GREAT WOD!! Man, I wish I could rock Angie with everyone today, ooh that sounds weird, but still in recovery mode. Hit it hard! That sounds weird too. Ya'll know what I mean.

just want to publicly thank mel, eric, garv, chuck, jenna, mat, daigle, thorp, and most importantly tommy for getting me through angie today. first time i've done it with all 100 pullups banded, and first time with all 100 pushups strict, both of which slowed me down a ton. i just love this community for how we all support each other. you're the best!
