    I am constantly reminded that many of the most impressive performances are ones that dont neccessarily end up on the leader boards. Where most mere mortals would give up and quit, it is amazing to watch CFNE athletes push through physical and mental barriers every day.

    ...and the best thing is that those lessons translate into life outside the walls of CFNE!

      I also found out how much I was cheating on ROM - every rep was strict this time, folks!

A good example was finishing "Ryan" rx'd in 46minutes. Just about everyone had already gone home before I was done, but making it through that made me a better athlete and person.
