Getting Started
Interested in trying CrossFit...Here's how to get started.
Every athlete must complete the ELEMENTS COURSE (or six Personal Training Sessions). This course will bring your fitness up to speed and teach you the foundations of CrossFit (movements, philosophy, nutrition), while giving us a chance to evaluate you. Regardless of your current level of of fitness, Crossfit can help you achieve all of your fitness goals. All you need is the will and desire to improve.
The Six-day ELEMENTS Courses are held at 7:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. The classes are 60 minutes long and you must attend each day to complete the course. This course is a progression and builds upon the previous day. You must start with Monday, then do Tuesday and then do Thursday's class...In that order for 2 weeks.
Elements Classes start on the First and Third Monday of each month.
After completing the course you will be invited to join the CrossFit Group Training, or you may continue with personal training, or asked to repeat the Elements program.
The cost of the Elements classes is $179 and advanced payment is required. Once you have paid you are registered. There is no need to sign up for classes...we'll be expecting you.
