"CrossFit is everything I am looking for in a workout. It provides both strength training and a cardio workout in one. The classes are organized in a way that each individual can challenge themselves and work to their intensity and level of fitness. Camp is diversified and each class is very different yet equally challenging. I have never done the same circuit twice which keeps the hour interesting. Ben's knowledge of fitness and nutrition make CrossFit New England better than any other fitness program I have tried."

"Working out with Heather is like nothing you've ever done before...it's like a total tidal wave of physical exertion! First, the exercises themselves are unique, yet simple, and as you are completing them she's right there with you...cheering you on and encouraging you to do more, to give it more. And for Heather you want to! Second, I always have complete confidence that she'll keep an eye on my form...not only to avoid any injuries, but also to make sure that I'm getting the best conditioning from that particular muscle group that is being used (usually she finds ways for your WHOLE BODY to be working all at once!) And third, in the CrossFit program each workout is a complete and total body workout - by the end of the hour you are in a state of complete exhaustion - and feeling on top of the world! Where else would a group of people pull heavily loaded 'tire sleds' across the lawn one minute, and then push a Jeep around the outside of the building another?!? There is nothing like the feeling of knowing you have taken your body through the cycle of organized and active stretching, a well-planned and exciting boot camp cycle with stations and innovative exercises, and then completed the hour with conversation and stretching again - finishing with a huge smile on your face. It's an addictive kind of 'healthy high, and I feel so lucky to be a part of it."

"CrossFit New England has been just the kick that I needed to realize my “healthy living” goals. I am 41 years old and have been practicing some form of physical fitness on a regular basis since the age of 15. Personally, I feel better than ever since I joined the ranks of CrossFit. Although I am not a very competitive athlete, I push myself to new limits every time I attend a session. Ben’s extensive knowledge about fitness and nutrition, is not only impressive, it is inspiring. He practices what he preaches and is a great example to his new and old clients. "CrossFit New England has shown me measurable physical improvements. A leaner physique, increased flexibility, and aerobic endurance are just some of the benefits. Before I tried CF, I was stuck in a weight lifting routine at the local gym, not making many strength gains. Now I get a more efficient workout from a 1 hour CrossFit class than I did from 3 sessions at my old gym.

"One of my New Year's resolutions was to be stronger at the end of the year as compared to the beginning of the year. To help accomplish this goal, I started training with Ben and Heather at their CrossFit New England in January and I have seen great results in only a short period of time. For example, last year when road bike training outdoors with my friends I was always towards the back of the pack struggling to keep up. This year I am leading the way! CFNE is a great mix of strength and cardio benefiting the whole body. I feel great physically and mentally, and have so much more energy throughout the day as well. I am a 45yr-old mother of four, and I began working out with Ben almost 3 years ago because I wanted to improve my strength and balance on the ski slopes. Well, let me just say that I've attained those goals, but so much more. Not only can I keep up with the rest of my family on the slopes, but I've participated in two triathlons as well. I'm 34 years old and a father of two active children. I've been working out at gyms for 14 years and have run several road races. I thought I was in shape until a co-worker introduced me to crossfit!! Unreal! I have never had workouts like the ones at crossfit. Working in law enforcement you need not only to be in great shape but more importantly in great cardiovascular shape. Crossfit workouts always challenge me and maximize my endurance levels. I followed Ben's program, most notably the nutrition program. Over just 8 weeks I have lost over 20 pounds, but more importantly moved my blood sugar levels from an average of 200 mg/dl to an average of 100 mg/dl and moved from a pre-diabetic status.
Unbelievable! Working with and listening to Ben will change your life.
