Video of Heather & Ben Training

"Over the past 10 years I have been coaching and training everyone from seniors to elite athletes. Through my experience as a strength coach, trainer and competitive athlete, I noticed that when people get together to workout in groups the intensity, focus and results of the training improve drastically. The CrossFit program has brought my own fitness and the fitness of my clients to levels that were once only dreams. I have completed two IronMan Triathlons, and I was able to get into better shape and see more results from the first two months of CrossFit , than I did from two years of IronMan training."

"In the almost 15 years that I've been teaching fitness, I've come to realize that exercise has the potential to be more than just something we squeeze into our schedule a few times a week. If we invest the energy and time, it has the power to make many other facets of our lives incrementally better as well. At some point, we've all experienced it with working out: the harder we work and more consistent we are, the more we want to clean up other areas of our life too. For many of us, whether we are competitive by nature or avoid it like the plague, training with others who are working towards similar goals builds that fire within us...AND makes the whole trip a lot more fun. One of my main goals in training clients is always the same; to let people leave all of their 'baggage' at the door and empower them to surprise themselves with what they are actually physically capable of. "In all of my years of pursuing physical fitness, I knew CrossFit was something very special from my first workout. With CrossFit, I've surpassed what I had believed to be my physical limits, and I am fortunate to witness the very same happen with our clients on a daily basis. But CrossFit is more than just a fitness program - it is a way of life. Each workout provides us with an opportunity to grow, in body and mind. It is a daily reminder of the pursuit of excellence, teaching us courage, commitment, and the will to succeed."

"After playing competative sports through out high school and at a division 1 college, I have seen many of the benefits of fitness, competition and comradery. CrossFit brings these three components together and to a higher level then anything else I have ever seen. This environment provides and individual with a level of support and the motivation to succeed that is unmatched in other sports. Continually working toward improving my own fitness is a goal that i know will be best met through CrossFit."

"I have always been active, but never considered myself an athlete. After the birth of my third child, I began running and a few years later achieved a milestone goal of qualifying for and running the Boston Marathon. After an injury, I found Crossfit as an alternative to the gym. I was immediately motivated by the intensity of the program, the competitive nature of the classes and the overwhelming support provided by both the coaches and members of the Crossfit community. Crossfit has profoundly influenced me by heightening my enthusiasm for fitness, dramatically improving my nutrition, motivating me to focus on my personal wellness and that of my family and developing strong friendships and bonds. The powerful impact that Crossfit has had on my life has inspired me to help train others."

Very interesting, I never heard of such exercises before. I will try to do them! In comparison with a set of exercises I downloaded from http://www.rapidsharemix.com these seem to be of more help.

Wow! You really got something going one here. If I lived in your town I would probably wanna be a part of your team. Do you had any experiences with steroids for sale? I think steroids would help my training, of course, I'd like to stay on the legal safe side.

I decided to suck it up and compete. After all, the worst that could happen is that I’d get my ass handed to me by a chick. I went to bed on Friday night fully unaware that the worst would happen quite a few times.
